The New Sound Karaoke was an ongoing performance art/ video/ karaoke collaboration with JJ Chinois from 2008-2015. We played the characters of Black Waterfall and Bobby Service, a pair of closeted queers navigating a sexless and disappointing marriage. The New Sound Karaoke hosted special performance events where artists were invited to create their own karaoke videos and perform them. Each event had a special theme.
